Location & Time

Insight Meditation of Ventura meets on Mondays from 6:45pm to 8:45pm at the Center for Spiritual Living. 101 S. Laurel St., Ventura, on the corner of Laurel and Santa Clara.

Centrally located in Midtown, we have a large quiet room, with a side entrance on the first floor, making it physically accessible to all. Street parking is available.

Sunday Meditation Once a Month in Ventura

We hold a once a month, half-day retreat on a Sunday each month at one of our member’s private home. These monthly events usually provide time for two 45-60 minute sits, and a Dharma talk followed by light refreshments and socializing. Please contact Deborah if you are interested in attending.

MEDITATE WITH US ONLINE
